What's in store:
I am not sure if you are aware but I launched a podcast a few weeks ago - "A better life". Currently, we are diving deep into a fascinating 3-part series titled, "What I Wish I Knew in My 20s, Now that I'm in My 30s." Throughout this series, myself and my co-host Nelson reveal some crucial moments and valuable lessons from our past that shaped our lives.
In all honesty, there's a multitude of things I deeply regret not knowing or paying more attention to in the past. For instance, my mother's invaluable advice, which I touched upon in an earlier newsletter. Our podcast delves into crucial topics, ranging from touching stories around family heartache and medical aids to being held at gunpoint, gagged, and tied up - why household insurance is important. To the significance of saving and making wise investments. We explore the empowering journey of self-development and mental discipline, as well as the unwavering determination to push ourselves to the limit in every workout and thinking that was right.
Perhaps most grippingly, we delve into the complexities of relationships and breakups. How often do we find ourselves prolonging a relationship, fearing to hurt the other person, while unknowingly inflicting even greater pain as they become more emotionally invested? And in the process, we have long checked out emotionally, making it easier for us but so much harder for them to comprehend our seemingly abrupt departure.
Yet, through this captivating podcast, you'll not only learn from my experiences but also be inspired to embrace newfound wisdom and chart a course of resilience and growth. Let's leave behind the shadows of regret and open our hearts to the endless possibilities of a brighter and more fulfilling future. Together, we shall embark on a transformative quest, fueling our lives with purpose and determination, and uncovering the keys to a truly enriching existence. So, join me on this exhilarating journey, where each revelation unlocks the potential for greatness, and together, we shall learn what it means to be individuals that strive to live out "A better life".
